What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily send through the contact form: full name, company, email address and the text of your message.
As with any website, the server also records technical connection data (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) in its log files, for security and operational reasons.
Why we process it and on what basis
We do not use your data for unsolicited commercial messages and we do not transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship arising from it, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless different legal obligations apply.
Server technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few months.
Who can access the data
Data is processed by the controller's authorised staff. Technical service providers needed to run the website and the email service may also access it, acting as data processors.
The website is hosted on servers located in the European Union. We do not transfer data to third countries.
No tracking
This website uses no profiling cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, and loads no resources from third party servers. No information about your browsing is shared with anyone.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights set out in articles 15 to 22 GDPR at any time:
- access your data and request a copy of it
- request its rectification or erasure
- request restriction of processing, or object to it
- request portability of the data you provided
- withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting processing carried out beforehand

To exercise your rights write to info@greenfield-botanicals.com. If you believe the processing of your data infringes the regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
Automated processing
We carry out no profiling and no automated decision making producing legal effects concerning you.
